SharePoint Integration

Your RoboHelp project can be integrated with Sharepoint to provide source control and you can publish your outputs to SharePoint. Also it can be used for sharing topics and other resources with your co-authors.

Source Control

SharePoint is a growing platform for teams of multiple authors who need to keep their content synchronized. Version and source control with the integrated RoboHelp and SharePoint workflow allows project team members to check files in or out and maintain history records all from a convenient toolbar right within RoboHelp.

Sharing Topics and Other Resources

SharePoint can also be used as the repository for shared resources such as images, snippets and topics. Read how in Topic Sharing with cloud-based options.

Publishing

You can publish Multiscreen HTML5, Responsive HTML5 and WebHelp outputs directly to a SharePoint site from within RoboHelp.

SharePoint Configuration in RoboHelp

To access this dialog, create or click on any Multiscreen HTML5, Responsive HTML5 or WebHelp Single Source Layout

In Multiscreen HTML5, click the SharePoint (Native) settings as shown below. For Multiscreen HTML5,yYou can also choose different Master Page to apply as shown in the second image below.

In Responsive HTML5, click the SharePoint settings.

Both HTML5 layouts include the ability to publish in the .aspx format for better security and compatibility with SharePoint sites.

In WebHelp, click the Publish option and then you can choose Sharepoint.
